• I had copied a signed 8 pages to documents in 2015 sence then I've up graded a HP Desk from Windows 7 to Windows 10 .how do recover this document ?

What type of document -- MS Word (doc), Acrobat (pdf), something else?

Open Windows File Explorer from your Win10 Start menu.
