If you can phrase your issue in such a way that you are not posting serial numbers or activation codes, you should post in either the Adobe Acrobat forums or the Adobe Licensing forum. If you want to discuss serial numbers, call Adobe support or open a web case on the Adobe suppport site. Under no circumstances should you ever post serial numbers or activation codes in public.
