As A Free Update For All Users..... if this is TRUE then how Do I get it. My CS is HORRIBLE visually. Does ANYONE know anything encouraging about this issue with Adobe CS and Retina Display???

It seems to be only available for the Cloud only, so I will abstain from referring to it in the Illustrator forum.

Definitely available to both if you refer to the opening paragraph:

"This update is available to all Illustrator CS6 customers, both Creative Cloud members as well as owners of perpetual products."
