Adobe Support Community / Misleading Emails

Contributor ,
Oct 21, 2022 Oct 21, 2022

The text snippets that users or staff include in support forum eplies, referencing another reply are not formatted clearly in email notifications and it's impossible to read as who commented what. Kindly be more sensitive to designing the email formatting for reading replies. Thanks.

Email copies of forum replies are not supposed to look like HTML.  They are plain text.  If you want a better user experience, use the web forum. Check your notifications folder (bell icon next to your Avatar) for replies.
