Adobe XI Pro Alternatives?

1. Installed Adobe XI Standard in May of 2012

2. Yesterday, downloaded Pro upgrade.

3.Have no idea where the key is from May 2012 install

4. Can't use upgrade.

5. Looking for alternative to Adobe XI Pro

6.  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

There is no such thing as "Adobe XI Standard"

Do you mean Acrobat?
