Attachments

I read somewhere that it was possible to add attachments to posts in the Adobe forums, via a Browse button.  I can't find this anywhere and have not found any other button or link to add attachments.  Am I missing something or are attachments no longer allowed?

You may place a picture in a message, but as far as I know the security settings do now allow attachments
