The Adobe Support Community has released enhancements and bug fixes on August 24, 2020. In this release, we upgraded threaded message view in Private Message section for users to follow conversations more easily, introduced advanced search on the search result page, rebranded the profile menu drop-down to stay consistent with the rest of Adobe surfaces, and fixed various user reported bugs.
Community Search
Enhancement :Implemented advanced search customization where users can specify certain search criteria to get most accurate and relevant results. You can access the advanced search functionality on the search result page.
Private Message
Enhancement: Introduced threaded message view for users to better follow conversations. Previously, this view was linear and it was difficult for users to follow multiple threads at the same time.
User Experience
Enhancement :Rebranded profile menu drop-down to stay consistent with the rest of Adobe surfaces
Bug : Fixed the issue where user screen name was not showing up properly due to large sizing of user role badge

Bug :Fixed the issue where dropdown was not displayed on IE when clicked on profile avatar
Bug :Fixed the issue where profile hover does not stay when user enters in the pop-up area
Bug :Fixed profile hover related issues for different languages and browsers : a) if screen name is lengthy it goes out of the pop-up b)scroll bar comes out of popup
Community Experience
Bug :Conversations are not loading on community page for both logged in and logged out users except for chrome
Bug :Issue when the popup on username name does not go away unless hover over again on that name
Can I ask if, and when, certain changes will be made that have been asked for since this new system came online back in September 2019.
Like being able to Quote the post you clicked the reply button on? And Not just the origina post reply button but any reply button in a thread.
There is a whole list of them from many different users, ACP/MVP. With some basic changes that would make our jobs much easier and help other Adobe users better.
We are well aware that this is one of most popular requests from our ACPs/MVPs. Although I cannot give an infinite timeline, I will say this is being actively worked on. There are a few platform dependencies that we have to sort out before rolling this out. Thanks for your patience and we will make sure to let you know when it's ready!
