Since I can find absolutely no other way to report this issues, (including a Live Support chat where I was either talking to an automated systerm, or a [slur removed by host] person in India who kept asking me what product I wanted to download), I will post them here with only a shred of hope they might ever be seen by the adobe.com web masters.
These are the broken links:
http://www.adobe.com/ca/products/go/tryphotoshop/
http://www.adobe.com/ca/company/contact.html
All I get are pages with:
Error Returned: 404
I have tried in Firefox 17 and IE 9.
(I'm not running any AV software, and I have no issues with other links on adobe.com
If someone here can pass them along, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you.

Hello, it might be equally useful to list where you found them. They do not work in any language, I also get a 404 if I replace the CA by FR...
Did you "reverse-engineer" them, or are they listed somewhere?
The first one should be: http://www.adobe.com/go/tryphotoshop and lead to https://creative.adobe.com/apps?trial=PHSP&promoid=JZXPS
The second one, when one navigates in the 404 page's menus, leads to http://www.adobe.com/ca/aboutadobe/contact.html that redirects to http://www.adobe.com/company/contact.html

Hi;
I first logged into my new Creative Cloud account by going here:
Then I went to "Apps" and clicked the "Learn More" link for Photoshop.
https://creative.adobe.com/apps
Then a localization dialog pops up.
Since I'm Canadian, I clicked: "Canada - English".
Then I clicked the "Try" link under the "Join" button.
That returns the "broken link" page.
When I tried clicking the "Broken Link? - Send Us an Email", it returns broken link - this URL does not exist page.

Might have known it was Creative Cloud. I removed Creative Cloud application from My Mac because it wouldn't stay logged in. This was when they announced they were shutdown the sync Server because they were rebuilding it. I now it won't even show up in application Manager or Download assistant. So I've given up on it.

Seems it doesn't matter if I'm logged in to CC or not.
I just tried the "Try" link without being signed in and no joy.

It's a Canadian localization thing, because it works if on the US page.
(I wonder if Adobe is checking their web data and wondering why Canadians aren't trying out Photoshop CC.)
