I have a pc and just bought a mac. All I need to do is swap my seed from a pc to mac so I can use Photoshop on my new computer. . . However, I called tonight and waited on hold for over an hour and a half and no one ever answered. I wish there was a way to send an e-mail so that I won't have to spend so much time waiting on the phone to not get anything resolved. Very disappointing to say the least.

Hello,

You can request a plaform swap from the portal: http://www.adobe.com/go/supportportal (login with your adobe ID) Make sure that your software is registered.

Here is the knowledgebase page about plarform swap:http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/405/kb405819.html

If you go on http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/ there might be a pop-up with an offer for Live chat. You could try it as well.

You could also try to contact @adobe_care on twitter, they are very responsive.

Chat has proved pretty much a waste of time in my experience. Customer service at Adobe has certainly taken a nose dive lately ( I'm a long time user ).
