Can somebody remove the Adobe ID here!!

Message #13 in this thread has Adobe ID and case number.  Can it be removed as it is not essential to get the correct solution for people to use in the future:

I am not really sure why you wanted the case number removed, but it seemed fairly harmless to do so, so I did remove both. But I think that it's reasonable for people to share case numbers when escalating or referring to others' problems, and there's not much risk in exposing the correspondence between a screen name and an Adobe ID...

(I think, maybe, I would judge differently next time?)
