Can't attach files to replies in Lightroom Classic Ideas and Bugs

Why can't I attach files to my replies in the Lightroom Classic Ideas and Bugs subforums, though I can in Discussions?

Tested on Mac OS 12.6.1, Chrome 108.0.5359.98 (Official Build) (x86_64), Safari 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16), and Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit).

Attached files work OK for me.  Windows 10 (ver 22H2), Firefox 106x.

Cookies enabled,

Script blockers, Incognito and VPN disabled.

Let me know when you see my reply in the LR forum so I can remove it.

I used the Insert Image button (sun and mountain) and replied to you in the LR forum.

If it's still not working for you, can you try another browser? Or just try again? It may have been a forum glitch.

Hi Jane,

Please go to a thread in the Lightroom Classic Bugs or Ideas section and try to reply, attaching a .txt or .xmp file to the reply using the attach box:

For example, reply to this thread in Bugs and attach a .txt or .xmp file:

This hasn't worked for a very long time, and as reported above, I tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (Chrome is my normal browser).

using Edge in a virgin Windows 11 installation (a virtual machine), and experienced the same bug -- there is no box for attaching files:
