On Windows 10 64-bit with google chrome.

 

When I snap my browswer window to 1/2 screen, the Cancel and Post buttons stop working.  When I make Chrome full screen, the Post button starts working.

 

Please fix the community.adobe.com website.

Hit F11 to temporarily remove browser tools.

Set your screen magnification to 'normal' or 100% zoom with Ctrl + - (minus).
