Detect whether the movieclip is fully filled with colors or having any gap in that

hi guys ,

          i try to do a new drawing game in that ,first i will show the picture then user have to paint it ,for i have a problem that i dont know  how to detect whether the movieclip is fully filled with colors or having any gap in that like below picture .can anyone plz help me ..thanks in advance
