Wow, new here but these forums are a pain, and Adobe chat is also in need of improvement.
All of this might be possible, but it sure isn't obvious (adobe is not very good at KISS):
We should be able to get digests rather than constant emails if we subscribe.
We should be able to easily ignore/turn-off answers that are 7-15 years-old; what's the point?
Being able to do these things should be easy and obvious, without the need for complicated must-step directions as in:

None of that (obviously or otherwise) answers my questions, though it reiterates the concerns as it illustrates point 3
eg: "Click Hotspot > Preferences and you'll see a table of your Streams, showing which ones will send you emails whenever a new entry arrives."
That's not exactly very clear, beginning w/ "Hotspot"
No digest option, right?
No option to turn off answers in the forums that are ancient right?
And certainly not obvious at:

Heck, the shared directions don't even reflect the actual forum preferences. See attached.
From the "User Manual"
From the actual Preferences:
Note, there is no digest option and it seems that option was removed several years ago.

Why does this matter so much?
Because a few minutes/hours or even days on your end, collectively saves hundreds or even thousands of minutes/hours or days on our end?

Hi there,
Thanks for bringing this up. I'm working on getting the Manual updated since our most recent major forum upgrade. I'm hoping to have it done by the end of the week. So sorry for the confusion caused!
