I have always asked for scheduled maintenances to be announced, and I am very happy when they are but, is this announcement still necessary?

Maybe  they havent had time to take it down. Or want it to stay for a Day or two to make sure everyone know that something was repaired.

Phillip, I'm getting exactly the same effects/defects in Safari/Vista and in Firefox/Mac. And your distorted picture is what I see below the Message box while I'm writing my reply to you. Previous one in Vista, this one in Mac:

Phillip, you don't get it. Your distorted image is what I see in the "Replying To:" window below this box, while I am writing my reply...

Yes I do understand. You don't understand I am showing you what I am seeing. I am just point out what you should be seeing. So JVD can fix it, or get it fixed.

I don't think PJ is seeing this now as it has been fixed.

Or I could say, I had to log in again and now the problem is gone

Some times it is a hiccup and closing out, clearing the browser cookies, then go back in cures all. Then sometimes not.

In my case, it seems to be related with the split personlity I was given after the changes, and I'm getting it in two different computers. This should go when I have to re login -probably not before 2039 according to Jochem in another thread.
