Double account. Admins, please help

Hi!

I have my original "dorin_nicolaescu" account with history avatar etc. wihch one day became "dorin_nicolaescu-PVFkNa". I logged out and back in and found myself in a new "dorin_nicolaescu" account with the same Adobe ID (e-mail) and password but no history, avatar, point etc.

I'm trying to login again and again to restore my history with no success.

Dear admins, please help.

EDIT: Also, I've never used a more troublesome forum than this.
