I think you need to contact sales... click the big red A at the top left to go outside the forums, to Adobe's pages, and find the sales or contact links

I am afraid such mislabelling occurs regularly, Claudio.
I have seen exact equivalents twice or thrice in the Illustrator forum within the last week.
One of the sillinesses of the silliness, of the way pointsgiving has found its way into these forums, is that the OP may (obviously unintentionally in most cases) tick own answer(s) as Correct/Helpful.

For this one, I would say yes... since dealing with the customer store is not done here, or by us other users, a chat session was most likely the only way to get an answer

Actually I was hoping to find a form to contact the customer service, as my english is not fluent and I had a hard time chatting.
So yes this is the correct answer, I 've been through the chat and they helped me.
