Dreamweaver (html) & Outlook related Question...Please Help!!!

When you copy and paste html from explorer or firefox into Outlook the images shift. I created the original file in Photoshop, sliced and exported for the web. I then opened the html in Dreamweaver and placed into a table and set margins for 25 all sides. I thought that would resolve the issue but I thought wrong. Then when the email is forwarded on it shifts even more. Please help.
