Welcome to the forum.

I just navigated through the drop-down for Adobe Forums, and got to: http://forums.adobe.com/community/echosign

This fourms main page came up for me fine - PC with Chrome. Not sure why it did not work for you, or Claudio, but hope that someone else can shed light on the issue. I don't think that my having a MOD console has anything to do with it.

You might try purging your browser's cache, and removing any Adobe cookies (sort of the boilerplate that is equal to "uninstall and reinstall.").

Good luck,

Yes admin is right, the forum is not ready yet.

Working on it though.

In the mean time you can go here https://www.echosign.adobe.com/en/support.html

for guides and open a case should the resources not provide you with an answer.

Ah, something similar was a concern. As I have a MOD console, I often see things that might not be available, hence the comment about the MOD console.

John C., thanks for the info, as that explains a lot.

Appreciated,

I got on firefox and IE the same as Claudio.

On Chrome I received this only "

Sorry, this page is not available

"

I have followed the advice "You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake."

I am administrator and I have spoken on it with myself

Wiktor,  as adobe-admin and Simon have explained, the EcoSign forum isn't yet open to the public because they are still working on it. That explains the error messages we received, but it doesn't explain why the link doesn't take visitors to a message from Adobe saying something like This forum will be opened soon...

Claudio,

Yes, a "Watch this spot," or "Coming to a forum near you... " would have alerted us all.

I think that Wiktor WILL have the forum, just not quite yet.

Not all, mods/admins would get to see the forum still

I've asked John C, if it's possible to add such a message until the time it's ready. (which is not long away I hope)

No, thanks for asking. I learned something in the process.

I guess that it will just be "in time," and the product forum will be operational.

Good luck,
