thanks for your return, I'm still desperately trying to send a bottle to the sea ;), just in case the service has been restored and I missed a manipulation to do in order to reactivate it on the accounts...


by the way, do you have an idea of the progress of work on this ?... or must we finally understand that it's a choice of Adobe

Oh, it's definitely NOT a choice by Adobe to keep this issue ongoing. The team is working on this, but it's taking longer than expected. As I mentioned, I don't have any updates at the moment.

And don't worry, whenever it gets fixed it won't require any manual work from any of you. It'll be automatic 🙂
