Email for customer support

How can I send an email and get help? I've been trying  to get help from the chat but I can't get the help I need. I live in Denmark so I have no way of calling the US number for the customer support. There must be a way to get help even if I don't live in the US. Can't I just send an email?

Adobe does not offer email support for initial contact, although they sometimes followup with email. 

When you go to Chat, type "agent" to get a human instead of the bot. Get a case number. Ask for a supervisor or Tier 2 support if needed.
