Adobe already knows my email address.

Why would I get a email from Adobe requesting me to verify my email address.  Asking me to copy a very long link to paste in my browser.  I can not copy/paste the link her either.

this is how it starts   https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/renga-idprovider/pages/evp?state=d511i    and goes on forever

Is this from Adobe or a scam?

The partial link you posted definitely goes to an Adobe server.

To determine if the email message indeed originates from Adobe, check the IP address it was sent from in the email headers.

Did you ever confirm that address?  This method is the only way to confirm someone's email address.
