Hi, We recently send an email to our customers and the anti spam check was good but most of the emails have gone to spam. Could you tell us why and how can we avoid this?

To my knowledge Adobe does not write an Email Client.

Once an email is sent you have no control over what happens to it and or what happens to it on the computer of the person you sent it to.

It is their Spam Filter in either the email client or the email provider they are using.

And Again Adobe has nothing to do with that.
