embedding videos does not work anymore

I get this error when I try to embed a video in my forum post

This is the third time I know of that the feature has broken. Even videos previously embedded are not working. Vimeo seems to be working in this thread I recently put up, but YouTube is not, even with previously working posts like this one.  I'm also going to post in the community feedback forum.
