Here is a real easy way to do it in PS CS4. Google has 1000's more.

Go to the forum for whatever "CS3" it is you have

This is the forum to discuss the operation of the forums... not any individual product

If you want to do this in Photoshop... go to the Photoshop forum

Go to the index at http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa to find the correct forum for your question

On the left there is an option box... click the down arrow and a list of all forums will appear, where you may select a product and then click the GO button to go to that forum

See... a wrong posting but a perfect example of how the forums should work. Instead of screams and rants and locked threads... courteous solutions to the OP's problems with a pointer to the right forum.

This is what the Adobe forums used to be and what they should be.

Edit: And, an equally courteous and thankful reply from the OP.
