help finding Adobe Support doc

i've been directed to locate an adobe support doc named "kb401649" but i'm having trouble locating it on adobe.com. anyone have access to it or know where to find it? it's a doc that has steps to fix a problem i'm having with CS3. thanks!

It would help immensely if you have a title for that article - but

Michael is right about posting in the applicable forum.

I suspect you have a wrong number anyway. The old Knowledge Base

TechNote pages can typically be accessed with a link like the following,

but that one is 404 Not Found:

http://www.adobe.com/go/401649

(Working example)

http://www.adobe.com/go/710

Some of the older technote links are a bit more complicated these days.

ie: http://go.adobe.com/kb/ts_tn_623_en-us
