How can I stop following a discussion in the Adobe Community forum?

What happened to the "My Follows" list? How can I stop following a discussion?

 

The forum user manual is WAY out of date, and its instructions for this are no longer valid.

The interface changed again a few months ago without notice. Click your profile, icon then Edit Community Profile. Wait a few minutes (!) for the page to load, then navigate to the Following tab.

for me it changed in the last 7 days.  ie, on 11/14/23, "my follows" was under the profile icon.
