How do i change my email adress?

I'm changing my email adress but I can't find the option in my profile to change it here on the site. I want the notifications to go to my new email adress, not my old one.

Yes thhat was quite a mess I don't want to through again. There was a side note to that exchange. After the excahne some one went in and change my email and password Back. The nice lady had to go back once again one last time and straighten the mess out I am eternally in her debt.
