How do I change Screen Name Community Support

I cant change my SCREEN NAME on the Adobe Support Community.  Any Ideas?

There is an ongoing issue with propagation of name changes from the Adobe Account to this website. Staff is aware and is working on the issue but so far there is no ETA on a fix.
