I wanna delete my account and posts.
My email got hack and I don't wanna just change the email in the profile.
I'm gonna re-sign with a new email.
I taked to customer service in the support chat shortly after I got an email from them saying my account is now closed.
How can my account be closed if I can still sign in and post.
Can someone help me with is?
I don't want my old threads to be on this forum when I make a new account.

No help, but boy that is an odd one. I hope that Adobe Admin. can help you sort things out.
As for the previous posts, unless a MOD will search them all out (though only 18), they will be part of Internet history, until Adobe changes the fora.
Now, let me comment on your previous posts - if you offered useful info in any threads, why would you want those removed? If these were product fora, and you helped someone, would you not want others to benefit from those posts, a bit later on?
These fora offer several benefits: first, they usually directly assist users with their problems, and then they provide much useful material, if a person just Searches (am not defending the fora Search here, as I am not a fan), and reads. Many problems have already been solved. In several fora, we get posts to very old threads, saying "thank you," this thread solved all my issues. So glad that I found it."
Just something to think about, but good luck.

AFAIK there is no published procedure for that. The Adobe site has
contact information for a Privacy Officer and sending him an email may
be your best option. (You may even need to send traditional email.) Just
remember there are no separate accounts for this forum so it will also
close your account for partnerships, product registrations and other
services.
and posts.
Even if your account gets deleted, that does not necessarily mean your
messages disappear. I suspect that if something were to happen to them
they would become attached to an anonymous user.

I doubt that is going to happen for such a frivolous reason. There are
more people who responded in those threads and you need to come up with
some better arguments than "I don't want" to have whole threads deleted.
