how does one get a personal innocuous avatar approved? it's in "pending" status

I know it's "trivial" in the grand scheme of things... My life will not cease to have meaning if I'm stuck with an anonymous avatar in creative cloud... 🙂

Avatars are individually approved by Adobe, so it generally takes up to a day.
