How to add initial more bigger?

Hi,
I want to add initial with bigger font size. If I will not able to do that, are there any other ways such as save a text as draft and using that text as initials?

I don't know of any Adobe app that adds initials. 

Maybe you're trying to create a brand or logo image?

Do you perhaps mean Drop Capitals which is a feature of InDesign?
