I can't install photodeluxe home edition 3.0 disk on my new laptop which runs windows 7. How can I?

I cannot install Photodeluxe 3.0 (Home Edition) on my laptop which runs Windows 7.  How can I make things work?

That application is so old that I doubt it'll run on any modern computer with a modern OS.

Look into "Photoshop Elements".
