My  toshiba lap top will not run adobe audition because it says the sound card has no driver that suppor

ts direct audio input....

i am running vista

on a satelite mod l300D

any helpmost appreciated

Welcome to the forum.

As Claudio pointed out, you are not in the correct one.

If you do not get instant help from the Audition forum, and you should, the two places to look would be your audio card's mfgr's. Web site - probably Realtek, or the great universal driver, ASIO4ALL. It has solved issues for many.
