I receive an email notification after I post in a community - WHY??

Hi all,

Whenever I post a reply to a forum, I get an email notification of the reply that I posted.  I end up thinking that it's someone who replied to me, when in reality, it's just showing me the post that I just made and notifying me that I just made a post.  How do I stop it from telling me that I just made a post, and only let it notify me if someone else makes a post other than myself?

Nothing here allows me to stop receiving notifications from myself.  Am I missing something?  I only want to get notifications if someone else posts, not if I just made a post.

Unfortunately, there's no way to stop this at this time.
The feedback had already been shared with the Community Product Team. In my opinion, email notifications should be coming in only for the activity that you're not aware of.
Hopefully this will change as the Community evolves.

Hi @Nibroc99Productions,

It's all or nothing at this point.  I prefer to keep private e-mail notices turned off.  I use the web forum's Notifications link (bell icon) instead which shows me who replied.
