I've been accused of "posting spam." Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't know if this is the right forum, but for about 2 weeks I was unable to access the forums here at Adobe Community. I had to call the company and after first saying there was no reason for me to be banned, and trying to tell me that I wasn't (even though I couldn't access the forums at all, on any browser/device/etc), eventually I got a message that said I was banned for posting spam. I've attached a screenshot below.

I really value this community. I'm an editor and animator. I use Premiere and After Effects and Photoshop in my daily work. And sometimes Audition and Lightroom and Bridge and Illustrator. I've been a loyal Adobe customer for over 10 years. I'd never think of posting spam here. But there was no indication what the offending post was.

My access has been restored, but with a warning. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue happen to them. And apologies if this is the wrong forum.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

based on the number of  spammers i find, i'd say this happens frequently.

what you posted that caused the spam flag, i don't know.  but any post with non-adobe links can get flagged and anything that looks like an ai generated post can get flagged and. non-sense posts get  flagged.

any of those applicable to you?
