I would like to delete a post without any demeaning, condescending or arrogant responses from moderators or Adobe staff. I spent a week and an half trying to have my issue resolved and now that it is I would like the post deleted:

“How can I cancel the phantom service I’m being billed for?”

Before anyone gives the same lame  reply ‘… but it’s a public forum and others can learn…’. Well it first, it seems the only way you can really try to solve a problem with Adobe is to go to a public forum. Second the only thing anyone will learn from this post is the level of potential frustration you can expect.

I thank in advance, to the person who deletes the post, for their time and understanding.

i still tried/entertained the idea of helping.

Yes, I can see that. 

Reminds me of that cherished neighbor who screams, "stay off my lawn" whenever someone makes a delivery at their house.
