idea how to implement an organizational chart?

Iam new to Adobe Flex and I want to ask whether someone has an idea how to implement an organizational chart similar to that ones

from ibm?

Please do not post the link to the tourdeflex samples...

All of these samples are using custom libs, where we do not see any source.

Please give some ideas how to implement such a chart.
