Moderation and notifications

Can someone enlighten me about why I occasionally get a message that my comments are being moderated? It doesn't happen all the time and I can't identify anything that would indicate why. My comments are almost always approved but occasionally I get a notification that it was rejected and almost immediately another notification it was approved. Today I was notified a comment was approved, then rejected, then approved again.

Moderation is performed by a Jive module, and Jive does not tell Adobe their selection criteria

I have even seen STAFF caught in the moderation list, so all I can say is you just have to live with it
