I am using my account as normal and noticed today that I can't edit anything I post because there's another account with some extension
that does the post for me so I can't fix my posts... so there's a profile that I don't have access to and it hinders me from correcting my posts.

Try logging out and logging back in. That usually resets your account back to "normal."
