I would like to know why I've had my solution walk-through to a very troubling Dreamweaver bug deleted from the thread twice. This was a solution to my own post.

The original post is here:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/Dreamweaver/Incorrect-Related-Files-Showing/m-p/10617592#M54753

My correct solution that has been deleted from the thread twice is reposted here:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/Dreamweaver/Working-solution-to-Corrupted-Site-Prefs/m-p/10617607

The original thread currently has an answer marked as correct this not correct. It is not effective, did not solve the issue, mentions irrelevant, misleading, unrelated suggestions & links to an article that explains a process that does not work & contains multiple wrong file paths and other problems that would send a user on a fruitless wild-goose-chase.

I took almost an hour to craft a proper walk-though of the actual solution only to find this unhelpful post markes as the answer. My attempt to post the actual solution walk-through has been deleted from the original thread twice. This is unhelpful & upsetting. I would like to see it corrected.
