My first PM of the day, and I've reached the LIMIT?????

All,

I recently was PMd from someone in Germany (I assume; the question was in German) asking about PDF stuff in ColdFusion.  I attempted to reply, but when I hit the submit button, I got a message (see screencap) that I've reached the limit of PMs that I can send.

Can we, please, go back to Jive?  Or something else that is intuitive and works?

Hi WolfShade,

 

Did this happen more than once? The only thing I can think of is that perhaps the system thought you double-clicked the send button, thus trying to send more messages than permitted within a second.  We're still investigating, but I'd like to know if the issue is continuing.

UPDATE:  It just happened, again, and I suspect I may know why.

 

Because I used Google Translate to convert my reply to German, it apparently used "improper HTML" which it stated it has removed.  It asked me to check and see if I'm content with the changes and try, again.  When I clicked the button, it told me that I had used my limit for the day.  Annoying.
