New bug? No icon to insert images

When I now click the blue Reply button, I have no icon to insert images in the post.  Only the insert video icon is showing. 

I am only able to post this screenshot by click and drag (then double-clicking the image to open up the sizing options).  A user was complaining that he could not find the insert photo icon that I had given him a screenshot for.  I thought he was not clicking the blue Reply button, but he insisted he was.  The only way he was able to post a screenshot was to create a new post.  Adobe, please add this to my bill for wasted time.

Never noticed that the button was missing, I was just copying and pasting my screenshots in and I get the option to resize when I click on the image

Yeah icon has gone. I usuallly drag and drop or copy/paste.

I set all images to large.

Even that of users I have to set to large in order for me to read them.

And even then they are too small to read.

Day by day it is getting worst...

This is making me cry. I don't know whether Adobe IT team has hired all the fresher developers, it seems there is no senior programmer.
