Hi. I am new to the Adobe Forums.

I have posted a couple of discussions and have replied to others. However, I get no email notifications. Nothing.

I have checked my preferences and in the email preferences, I have the YES radio button selected for everything.

When I view a topic using Safari, in the right hand panel, I see "Stop Email Notifications" which supposedly means that I am registered to receive notifications via email. Yet nothing happens.

I have checked my email address in my profile and it is correct. I have checked by Junk folder in my email client but nothing is in there.

Can someone please help me with this very frustrating problem?

Thanks in advance.

Does your ISP have a spam filter that might be blocking things?

Not that I know of. I get Adobe's emails from other parts of the company. I also get instant notifications from heaps of other forums.

I'm replying to this via the email notification I received.

The "From" address on forum messages is forums_noreply@adobe.com. See if adding that to a white list helps.

Only if you can login to http://adobe.com using your old email address which needs to be verified before you can do anything. Therefore, if your old e-mail is not active then you are done! Kaput!! Finito!!!

You would need to change your address (Adobe ID) at www.adobe.com. The forums pick up your info from your Adobe account.

Here is the FAQ on email addresses in forums:  http://forums.adobe.com/message/1877503#1877503

Thanks!
