When I am signed in as a regular user I see what you see. When I am signed in as an admin I see more info on his account.

This is as expected because the user in question has set his profile privacy to not show any of the additdional information.

do you have the link to their profile page? Might help figure it out. Could be an issue with corruption in the user name that prevents more stuff from loading.
