Page navigation missing in Lightroom forum

The next/previous page buttons and the page numbers are missing in the Lightroom forum.  I tried both Chrome and Safari (OS X 10.9.5), restarting both browsers:

Have you tried changing the settings to look something like in this picture:

I tied it in IE10, IE11 and FF and I get the navigation breadcrumbs at the bottom.
