It was on topic until someone made comment about Camino first.
My preferred browser of choice is SeaMonkey 1.1.18.
But I keep the others around to test. I have a website and when I add anything I want to make sure it works with all the Major Players. Since I have a Mac I can't use the latest version of IE. (last one that works is 5.2.3 which I do have. but rarely open because of all the security problems.

(SeaMonkey uses the same engine as Camino, of course.)
If you have an Intel Mac, then VirtualBox gives you a very easy way of testing with IE. Since Windows makes it difficult to run more than one version of IE at a time, you can set up separate VMs for IE6,7,8. You can also use snapshots to deal with malware and other Windows problems - when it starts to misbehave, just revert to the VirtualBox snapshot.
(If any version of IE had a degree of compliance even close to the open source browsers, this wouldn't waste so much of our time. On the other hand, we can bet Jive tests in IE and this post editor even works there. Sigh.)

I have just downloaded and installed Camino 1.6.9 and the AdobeForums editing controls show up. If anything they are the clearest and sharpest images of all.
Now I'll have to see it it works in my bank's website.

heh
Not sure I wanna take that bet even... Jive's preferred browser seems to be PluginFox. They might even run a test or two using it before they release.......
