Hello!

I jumped the gun and marked my question here in the forums http://forums.adobe.com/thread/436424?tstart=0 as Answered but then I discovered that what I thought was working to resolve my problem was not.  So now I need to change the marking from Answered to Not Answered or Unanswered.  How do I do this?

Thank you!

Diane Dennis

Unless things have changed from what I have read it can't be changed.

Okay, thank you.  I was hoping but oh well...

Have a great day and thank you for your time, and the super quick answer!

This stresses why the stars-and-points scheme is a supremely idiotic one.

Your only recourse now would be to start a new thread.
