Jive software docs?   I think that link from 2014 is showing its age.  We haven't been on Jive for a long time. 

The current community social platform is made by Khoros (formerly called Lithium). 

AFAIK, this is all we have in the way of documentation.

Or submit a Report which will be reviewed privately by an Adobe Employee.

you can click my (or anyone else's) screen name and click send private message.

eg, i could click your screen name and send you a private message.

Nope, still can't do it. I click on your avatar here.  I click on your username here.  I end up on your user page but there's nothing there that says "Send Private Message."

when clicking my name you don't see the blue "send a message" (i misdecribed the button text above) button?  

i don't see it on your profile so that may be caused by the forum thinking you haven't posted enough to be trusted with the ability to send/receive private messages which i don't think makes sense. especially, not being able to receive then.

I think Private Messaging is an earned privilege now.  Perhaps too many new users were abusing it.

And to @ajk_1962f : Please don't report Nancy. We need her, she provides a good deal of useful information. But if you want to report her, instead of switching off notifications, you can do so by clicking the Report button, and an Adobe moderation team will review the report. I doubt, however, that you will be successful with that report.
