Nice work folks!  A cryptic 3 word post and the team swings into action. 

I suspect you hit the nail on the head (and I suggest you also consider following up with a change to the defaults, so people aren't automatically subscribed to everything).

If only some of the well-researched and documented problem reports with products were dealt with this well.
